Concentration is the practice of happiness. Without concentration, happiness is not possible.

When you eat an orange, try to exercise concentration. Eat it in such a way that joy, happiness, and bliss are part of the act. Do it as if you were meditating on it. Place an orange on the palm of your hand. Breathe and then observe it as the miracle that it is. An orange is a true miracle. Like you, it is a miracle of life. You, too, are a miracle.

The more present I am, the more completely the orange reveals itself to me. And the more I concentrate, the deeper I delve into it. Then I can perceive, in it, the sun and rain that contributed to its creation. And I can also see the orange blossom, the growth of the tree, and the appearance of its fruit. Then I begin to peel the orange carefully. Its presence—that is, its color, texture, smell, and taste—is a true miracle, and the happiness it brings me to connect with it can also be extraordinary.

A simple orange is enough to connect us, when we are fully here, awake and present, with the miracles of life that surround us and bring us great happiness.

You carry Mother Pachamama within you. She is not outside of you. Pachamama is not only your surroundings

So breathe and be aware of your body and look deep inside it, realize that you are the Earth and your consciousness is also the consciousness of the Earth. Not cutting down trees, not polluting the water, that is not enough.

You are Pachamama, Mother Earth, there is nothing else.

To express the qualities of Pachamama, we bless the breasts of mothers, the flowing rivers, the mornings filled with songs and birdsong, and the flame of conscious and devoted love. In that silence, the New World is woven, and we are the gardeners of this Garden.

The mamachas and papachos of the High Andes say that the only messenger of the creator, Wiraqocha, was Mallku Apuchin, the sacred condor.

When disharmony occurred in existence, the creator's advice came as a balm and balance was restored.

Among the animals of the earth, there was one that was very curious: the Andean hummingbird. It wanted to meet the Divine, but it was forbidden to look at him, even for the condor.

One day, Mallku Apuchin took flight to Hanak pacha, the celestial world, in search of advice. With cunning and speed, the hummingbird hid under his wings. They traveled together to the presence of the creator, and when the condor, without looking at him, agreed to grant his request, the hummingbird surprised them both by flying onto Wiraqocha's head as if it were a flower.

Then, with great delicacy, it landed, ecstatic, on the creator's right shoulder. At that moment, Wiraqocha laughed loudly and the hummingbird's feathers turned turquoise blue. From that moment on, Siwar Qenti has been in charge of pollinating the dreams of those who still walk the earth with divine inspiration.
